We give our very highest recommendation of Nick – we couldn’t have found our Naples dream home without his help. Nick is an expert in the area, trends and what’s going on out here – he found the perfect location and an incredible brand-new home on 2 ½ acres in our budget. Amazing. We have contracted with Nick Nolan as our realtor to assist with our new construction home at Valencia Trails in Naples. Residing in CA makes it difficult to keep an eye on the construction process to assure our build is meeting expectations and time lines. Nick has kept us up to date with progress of the build and shares photos and video updates. We are much more at ease knowing Nick has our best interest in mind.
